We find that most our pergola projects (material + labor) average between $2000-$7500, even less depend of your size and type.

After the first on-site consultation we can usually have your pergola installed in around 1-2 weeks.

How do I maintain my pergola after installation? 

Those materials requires minimal maintenance. However, we recommend periodic cleaning to remove dirt and debris, as well as annual inspections to ensure that the pergola is still secure and in good condition. You can use a garden hose and a rag for clean the pergola.

 

What can I add to my pergola? 

You can add fans, TV mount, pan lights, string lights and privacy panel.

Do you provide any documentation that HOA require?

Yes, we provide you with a design and all documentation that HAO need from us.

Times can vary depending on complexity of the build, but typically they can span from 20 minutes to about 40 min.

How long takes install a pergola?

Normally takes between 2-3 days, depends of the dimension our your pergola and the degree of difficulty.​​​​
